E & E meet Bullwinkle.... where's Rocky?

Ethan and Elijah spot a moose

Ethan and Elijah encounter a moose while hiking in Utah. Lauren sent me this on a DVD she created using iMovie and iDVD.

The music at the beginning and end is from Tom Petty's Wild Flowers.

Moose usually don't attack. We had one in our town before. He jumped fences into backyards and stuff. With all the people and lights and assholes, it didn't seem to be upset.

I've never seen one in the woods though.

Moose always remind me of the film Indian Summer.

Hi, Moose! Hi, Mommie! Moose don't have fur, Ethan. They have hair! Toooooooo late! You've corrupted the kid. Aside from that I pondered the scenes with an overwhelming sense that it isn't fair there's so much beauty out there and we can't grab it all. What a pair, even saddled with a Bro-In-Law and Uncle who's part of the bicycle Taliban. (Keith . . . I gave the lad terrorist training early on. He was a natural!)

Ethan actually took all this video himself. Josh just posted it online for me. Ethan and I put all the clips together and "produced" the movie ourselves. A BIG THANK YOU to Josh for putting it online so that our family and friends can see it too!
