Hi Joshua,
It looks like youtube changed their DOM a bit and broke your video-downloading greasemonkey script. I've taken the liberty of patching it up.

It's just a single line change: ||
var t_id = playerDiv.getAttribute("flashvars").match(/t=([^(\&|$)]*)/)[1];
||
